Latest electroneum coin ETN update “ETN Update for 2020 and AnyTask.com freelancer launch”

ETN electroneum coin is mineable and is still on the top 100 list of coins. While back you can mine with mobile phone, as more people got into mining with their mobile phone the profit decreased little by little as more people coming on board. Basically the mobile mining of electroneum ETN coin is not really mining, it’s more of an airdrop functionality strategies to get more people to know about Electroneum coins ETN, just Bitcore BTX while back.

On Thursday, January 30, 2020, 01:44:36 AM EST, Richard Ells <[email protected]> wrote:

Hi Everyone!
This is my first Electroneum community update of 2020. I’m excited to let you know that AnyTask is now live – this is a GROUNDBREAKING and hugely important development for the whole cryptocurrency community – but it’s powered by ETN.
1. AnyTask platform is now live for buyers/first sellers
2. ETN Blockchain tools update

1. AnyTask Platform (exciting for ALL ETN users)
AnyTask.com is open for buyers – and we’ve invited a few hundred sellers to start listing tasks!
You might have heard me talking about AnyTask.com – we’ve had an AWESOME team developing it for over 18 months. AnyTask is a freelancer platform – similar to Fiverr or Upwork, which allows people to sell their digital skills anywhere in the world.
It’s SO easy to log in to AnyTask if you are an Electroneum App user. Simply click the bottom “MORE” menu button and then the AnyTask Login. Our cool Single Sign-On (SSO) system handles the rest so you don’t need to create a separate password.
AnyTask is a world first. Buyers pay with a standard credit / debit card and Sellers get their remittance in ETN.
Why is ETN remittance so important?
A huge number of people (over a billion) have a smartphone but no bank account. Even if they DID have a bank account, it would not solve the problem. Why? What is the problem? Imagine someone edits a photograph to enhance a treasured wedding picture or makes a stop-frame animation for a company’s social media account. Both of these tasks can be accomplished very simply just by owning a smartphone, but how would you get 4 dollars to Nigeria or Indonesia, or anywhere else? A bank would charge many times that amount to make the transfer.
Electroneum solves that problem by enabling the transfer of small values anywhere in the world at virtually zero cost.
We will be inviting more sellers on to the platform in stages over the next couple of weeks. Once we’ve invited in our full 27,000 initial interest buyers (who applied to be BETA testers) we will then open the platform up for general use by all Electroneum users.
Remember, AnyTask is live to buy from – you can buy any listed task right now, with just your normal credit or debit card!
Finding Buyers
Once we have a nice broad stock of tasks on the platform, we will start paid advertising on social media to attract task buyers. Reaching out around the world to digital agencies, etc.
We have a handful of short digital ads ready to deploy – why not log in to our community forum to take a look. If you have any ideas – feel free to let us know and you might see your idea in a future ad.
Would you like to sell digital services on AnyTask?
It won’t be long before it’s open to the general public to sell (we are aiming for March 2020). We have a few weeks of sellers coming on board by invitation only while we finish debugging and organise 24 hours 7 days per week support, enabling tasks to be approved throughout the night and at weekends. If you would like to be one of the first to be invited, you can still register on our beta application. You’ll find a link at the bottom of the AnyTask.com website under “Become a Seller”.
2020 is going to be very exciting for Electroneum – we now have a world first, enterprise-grade platform that is powered by ETN. This is a real-world use case for cryptocurrency and unlocks lots and lots of opportunities for Electroneum in partnerships and our promotion by global NGOs.

2. ETN Blockchain / Ledger Development (exciting for advanced ETN users)
We are pleased to announce we have also just released some exciting updates and improvements to our blockchain network.
Our everyday APP users do not need to worry about this – it will not affect them in any way.
We are developing the ability for people to store their ETN on the popular Ledger cold storage device. It required some changes to our blockchain code – but nothing that required a fork.
The update has given the exchanges some stability and feature enhancements as well, and we will be contacting our exchanges to let them know an update is available.
Important!
If you are an ETN command line user (such as an Exchange), even though the update isn’t mandatory, we highly recommend it to ensure the best performance, security and to take advantage of the latest features.
Please click here to download the latest software available from our Github library.
So, what does this blockchain update mean for you?
I repeat – if you are an Electroneum app user, there is no need to take action.
In preparation for the arrival of Ledger Nano cold crypto wallet, we have included the base code required for the ledger development and some of our work on top.
We have introduced bug fixes and security patches for increased protection to our users. Improved wallet refresh times have also been included.
A new sub-address & wallet account feature will now allow you to create multiple addresses using the same wallet private key. You will have the option to create as many sub-addresses as you wish and group them into accounts, which will enable better administration of your ETN.
A new Multisig message system will now be available. This acts to coordinate multi-signing of messages by messaging remote participants and requesting signatures on transactions. It will also remind them where necessary and relay completed transactions to the network.

Thank you for taking the time to read this announcement and being part of Electroneum.
Have a great week everyone!
Richard Ells

How to reverse Windows 10 upgrade go back to previous old windows 7 OS?

It’s simple. Quick answer is, go to Settings then Recovery, there should be an option for you to select to Go back to old Windows 7 or previous version of Windows that you’ve upgraded from.

So basically it happened to me because I have a bunch of programs software applications that work perfectly fine in Windows 7, then after upgraded to Windows 10 it no longer work. Well to be specific, the software still run opens fine, but the driver for the hardware of the software didn’t work. Basically the failure was a usb driver didn’t work in Windows 10. It have to do with signature something … I’m not sure. But, when I restored back to Windows 7 it work fine.

The restore process of Windows 7 from Windows 10 was very simple actually, a few click and I am back to the old Windows and I can continue my work. Meanwhile I contact the manufacturer of the hardware asking for a Windows 10 driver before I go to Windows 10 again.

Latest update on “Yahoo Security Breach Proposed Settlement”

It’s still going, if you have not submit one yet, there are still time, but chances are you have already done the submission, so no need to submit again.

On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, 07:23:35 PM EST, Yahoo <[email protected]> wrote:

We have a new unified Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
This is a reminder of the Yahoo Data Breach Settlement. If you previously filed a claim, please do not file an additional claim.

If you had a Yahoo account anytime in 2012 through 2016,
a pending class action settlement may affect you.

A Class Action Settlement has been proposed in litigation against Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo”) and Aabaco Small Business, LLC (together, called “Defendants” in this notice), relating to data breaches (malicious actors got into system and personal data was taken) occurring in 2013 through 2016, as well as to data security intrusions (malicious actors got into system but no data appears to have been taken) occurring in early 2012 (collectively, the “Data Breaches”).

2012 Data Security Intrusions: From at least January through April 2012, at least two different malicious actors accessed Yahoo’s internal systems. The available evidence, however, does not reveal that user credentials, email accounts, or the contents of emails were taken out of Yahoo’s systems.
2013 Data Breach: In August 2013, malicious actors were able to gain access to Yahoo’s user database and took records for all existing Yahoo accounts—approximately three billion accounts worldwide. The records taken included the names, email addresses, telephone numbers, birth dates, passwords, and security questions and answers of Yahoo account holders. As a result, the actors may have also gained access to the contents of breached Yahoo accounts and, thus, any private information contained within users’ emails, calendars, and contacts.
2014 Data Breach: In November 2014, malicious actors were able to gain access to Yahoo’s user database and take records of approximately 500 million user accounts worldwide. The records taken included the names, email addresses, telephone numbers, birth dates, passwords, and security questions and answers of Yahoo account holders, and, as a result, the actors may have also gained access to the contents of breached Yahoo accounts, and thus, any private information contained within users’ emails, calendars, and contacts.
2015 and 2016 Data Breach: From 2015 to September 2016, malicious actors were able to use cookies instead of a password to gain access into approximately 32 million Yahoo email accounts.
Plaintiffs claim that Defendants failed to adequately protect their Personal Information and that they were injured as a result. Defendants deny any wrongdoing, and no court has made any ruling in these matters.

Who’s Included? If you received a Notice about the Data Breaches, or if you had a Yahoo account at any time between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2016, and are a resident of the United States or Israel, you are a “Settlement Class Member.”

What does the Settlement provide? Yahoo has enhanced, or, through its sucessor in interest, Oath Holdings Inc. (“Oath”), continues to enhance security of its customers’ Personal Information stored on its databases. Defendants will also pay for a Settlement Fund of $117,500,000. The Settlement Fund will provide: a minimum of two years of Credit Monitoring Services to protect Settlement Class Members from future harm, or Alternative Compensation instead of credit monitoring for Class Members who already have Credit Monitoring Services (subject to verification and documentation); Out-of-Pocket Costs for losses related to the Data Breaches; and reimbursement of some costs for those who paid for Yahoo premium or small business services. The Settlement Fund will also be used to pay for attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, and Service Awards for the Settlement Class Representatives. These are only a summary of the benefits. For complete information, dates, and details on the benefits, visit the Settlement Website www.YahooDataBreachSettlement.com.

What are my options? In order to receive any benefits, you must file a claim online or by mail by July 20, 2020. If you want to keep your right to sue the Defendants yourself, you must exclude yourself from the Settlement Class by March 6, 2020. If you exclude yourself you will not receive any credit monitoring or monetary relief from the Settlement. If you stay in the Settlement Class, you may object to the Settlement, and/or the amount of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, and/or the amount of Class Representative Service Awards by March 6, 2020. If you do nothing, you will not receive any credit monitoring or monetary benefits but you will still be bound by the Court’s decisions. Complete information and instructions on Filing a Claim, excluding oneself from the Settlement, or Objecting are available on the Settlement Website at www.YahooDataBreachSettlement.com.

The Court has scheduled a hearing in this case at 1:30 pm on April 2, 2020, in Courtroom 8 of the U.S Courthouse, 280 South 1st Street, 4th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, to consider: whether to approve the Settlement; any objections; a request for Class Representatives’ Service Awards; and attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses for investigating the facts, litigating the case, and negotiating the settlement. The motion for attorney fees, costs, and expenses will be posted on on the date it is filed or as quickly thereafter as practicable. You may ask to appear at the hearing but you do not have to.

This is only a summary. For complete information and to file a claim for benefits, visit the Settlement Website, www.YahooDataBreachSettlement.com, email [email protected] or call 844-702-2788 (1-80-9344112 for residents of Israel).

Living on Cryptocurrencies money like Bitcoin and Ethereum really possible?

The answer is yes. You can travel on airplane paying for airfare via Bitcoin ETH on website like cheapair.com , you can take taxi ride like Uber paying with Uber Bitrefill gift card, you can eat from many restaurant with Bitrefill gift card like burger king and so on, you can pay for Hotels using Bitrefill gift card like hotels.com airbnb… you can pay for entertainment games movies like roblox and apple store using bitrefill gift card, you can do online shopping like amazon.com walmart.com ebay.com and so on using bitrefill gift card, and many others ones. Those mentioned and a few more are very easy process.

You can possibly buy a car and a house if you want to, but it’s not easy, so you have to go through some process which requires some research and time, and probably not going to private meaning you can’t hide away or evading tax.

An Important Message about Intel’s Recent CVE Announcements and Your DigitalOcean Account

Don’t worry too much about this announcement, digitialocean.com are working hard to get it resolve with Intel, however take precaution, always update your data.

On Monday, January 27, 2020, 05:52:38 PM EST, Team DigitalOcean <[email protected]> wrote:
DigitalOcean Logo
Hi there,

Today, Intel released a statement regarding two Processors Data Leakage security vulnerabilities (Vector Register Sampling and L1D Eviction Sampling), that may allow unintended information disclosure for users of multi-tenant cloud environments. On DigitalOcean’s platform, these two vulnerabilities may allow malicious actors to theoretically use a Droplet to infer partial data used by previously run software or by another Droplet on the same physical host.

These vulnerabilities are similar to L1 Terminal Fault (L1TF) as well as the Microarchitectural Data Sampling (MDS) and Transactional Asynchronous Abort (TAA) processor-level issues we’ve mitigated previously. However, the Vector Register Sampling vulnerability has a smaller scope and lower risk than MDS, and the L1TF mitigations DigitalOcean applied previously will help prevent a malicious Droplet from attacking a host with L1D Eviction Sampling.

To further mitigate the impact of these two vulnerabilities, we are working with Intel to obtain updated microcode, which we hope to receive soon. Once received, our engineering team will begin to rapidly and thoroughly test, and then roll out the updated microcode across our fleet.

Updates from Intel and our own mitigation efforts will be ongoing. As new information becomes available, we’ll share updates here. We’ll also follow up with another email message once we’ve finalized mitigations and our platform is protected.

Thanks,
Team DigitalOcean
